How we work
Discovery – requirement, constraints, interfaces, materials, timescales, and any site-related considerations.
Design options – practical routes to achieve the required performance and manufacturability.
Prototype and iterate – test fit, function, and key features before finalising the design.
Drawings pack – produce controlled outputs ready for manufacture.
Manufacture and assembly – fabricate to specification and supply assembled parts where required.
Groundworks and Installation - For selected applications, we can also provide groundworks and installation support to take the project from manufacture through to on-site delivery.

Engineering Solutions
We turn ideas into practical, buildable solutions.
That can mean developing a new component, improving an existing design for manufacture, or producing a complete drawing pack ready for production — backed by in-house fabrication capability.
We work closely with customers to bring practical engineering input, design-for-manufacture thinking, and rapid iteration where it adds value. We will usually start with a short Discovery Call or, where useful, an on-site visit to understand the application, constraints, interfaces, and real-world operating conditions.
Key features can be validated through prototyping — including 3D-printed concepts and prototypes in production materials where needed — before we finalise the design and produce clear engineering drawings and manufacturing-ready files. From there, we can manufacture and supply finished parts and assemblies in mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminium.
For selected applications, our engineering solutions can also extend beyond design and manufacture to include groundworks and installation support. This is particularly relevant for projects involving holding tanks, support structures, and bolt-down steelwork fixed to concrete foundations. By considering the full requirement from the outset — including site conditions, fixing methods, and installation needs — we can help deliver a more practical and coordinated solution from concept through to final delivery.
Our engineering capability combines real-world fabrication knowledge with dedicated design resource. We have a design team using SolidWorks, supported by CAD designers and CNC programmers, so every design is developed with production in mind from the outset.
Our expertise lies in producing high precision engineered parts and components that perform reliably in real-world applications. Our experience spans clients across many sectors including Medical Services, Mobility Transport (vehicle adaptations), Defence, Public Transport Infrastructure, and Warehouse & Logistics.
